Abstract
The rate of functional synapse formation in NG108-15 neuronal cells transie ntly transfected with cDNAs of rat synapsin Ia, Ib, IIa and IIb significant ly increased during the late phase of coculture with myotubes. The result s hows that four synapsins may function equally well in the facilitation of N G108-15-myotube synapse formation. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd. A ll rights reserved.
