Abstract
Library presentations in the Internet-An evaluation of the quality of Inter net presentations of German libraries. It was high time that the quality of internet pages of libraries was checke d. In the case of public libraries the quality is typically very poor. It l ooks like most public libraries really do not know the chances the world wi de web offers to them. In comparison the scientific libraries have much bes ser presentations.
