L. Zommer et L. Stobinski, Analysis of simple and single thermal desorption spectra: Application to hydrogen (deuterium) desorption from a thin gold film, POL J CHEM, 73(2), 1999, pp. 339-346
An effective method of computing kinetic parameters (n, nu, E-d) Of thermal
desorption from the experimental thermal desorption curve has been elabora
ted. So far the Downhill Simplex Method in Multidimensions for minimization
and the Runge-Kutta method for solvation the Polanyi-Wigner equation, for
any set of kinetic parameters proposed by the Simplex Method, have been app
lied. The fitting procedure is demonstrated on examples of low coverage the
rmal desorption spectra for H (D) adsorbed on a thin gold film surface at 7
8 K.
