In this article, we outline 2 projects that highlight the multidimensionali
ty of aging processes for adult development and aging courses. These projec
ts tie together biological, Psychological, and sociocultural aspects of agi
ng by creatively integrating and applying course materials to real-world si
tuations. In the first Project, students design an age-appropriate retireme
nt community using buildings on the local college campus. In the other, stu
dents present products they design to remedy specific age-related problems.
