Abstract
We report a case of congenital arterioportal fistula presenting with upper gastrointestinal bleeding from oesophageal varices. The fistula was success fully treated with surgical ligation of the left hepatic artery. (Am J Gast roenterol 1999;94:523-525. (C) 1999 by Am. Coll. of Gastroenterology).
