Abstract
Inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver (IPL) is a rare, nonneoplastic entity of unknown etiology, Our patient represents the first reported case of IPL that was managed conservatively during an intrauterine pregnancy. (Am J Ga stroenterol 1999;94:529-530. (C) 1999 by Am. Coll. of Gastroenterology).
