An experiment was conducted during the rainy season of 1991-93 under r
ainfed condition to study stability in clusterbean [Cyamopsis tetragon
oloba (L.) Taub.] grown in 3 environments at Mandor. The characters se
lected for study were seed yield, days to flowering, days to maturity
and 1000-seed weight. Genotype x environment (G x E) interaction was s
ignificant for all the characters. Linear and non-linear components of
G x E interaction were significant for seed yield and days to maturit
y, whereas only linear component was significant for days to flowering
and 1000-seed weight. 'Suvidha' and 'HG 75' were identified the stabl
e genotypes, having high seed-yield potential.
