Abstract
A priori bounds are established for periodic solutions of a Rayleigh equati on with delay. By means of these bounds, an existence theorem for periodic solutions can be obtained by means of Mawhin's continuation theorem. (C) 19 99 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
