The propagation of ultra-high-energy cosmic rays (10(18)-10(19) eV per nucl
eon) is investigated on the basis of recent information on regular and chao
tic magnetic fields in the Galactic corona and disk. Calculations show that
the observed anisotropy can be explained by models in which the ultra-high
-energy cosmic rays originate in the Galaxy if the cosmic-ray sources unifo
rmly fill the volume of the Galactic corona. The role of chaotic magnetic f
ields in the dynamics of particles with the energies considered is negligib
le.
