Abstract
Clofazimine (GAS 2030-63-9) is an important drug used in the treatment of leprosy. Its important metabolites are investigated by thin layer chromatography (TLC), HPLC (diode array) and HPLC-electrospray mass sp ectrometry. The resulting analytical data, extraction, isolation and c haracterization methods are presented. Their applicability is describe d for human urine analysis.
