Abstract
Our aim in this Note is to prove the existence of exponential attractors fo r a class of evolution equations that includes some models of generalized C ahn-Hilliard equations described in [5] by M. Gurtin. Our proof is based on a decomposition of the difference of two solutions similar to that introdu ced in [1] by A. Babin and B. Nicolaenko. (C) Academie des Sciences/Elsevie r, Paris.
