Abstract
In the late writings of the French philosopher Michel Foucault we find the two concepts 'Souci de soi' (self-care) and Parrhesia (authentically speaki ng) which cannot only be viewed as inspiring current ethical discussions, b ut also the discourse on the basic values of group dynamic practice. Accord ing to method research, the known as the "Archaeology of Knowledge", (and t hus the ancient practice of empowering people to act autonomously) appear a s findings from the dimand distant past lang before modem group dynamics as we know them. "Self-care" and "Parrhesia" are both concepts discussed in t his contribution as values which provide orientation for interpersonal comm unication, especially in relation to interpersonal feedback.
