Abstract
A regulated peak-power tracking (RPPT) system for space power application i s proposed. Large-signal stability analysis is provided to understand the m ain four different modes of operations of the system, as well as the mode t ransitions. A simple and effective control scheme for the system is also pr oposed. Small-signal analysis is performed thereafter to provide design opt imization, and the predictions are verified by computer simulations.
