Abstract
Excimer laser induced photolysis of dialkyltellurides R2Te (R = C2H5, n-C5H 11) and tellurophene in n-hexane affords nanostructured Te and Te/C particl es the surface of which is oxidized in the atmosphere and whose C content d epends on the structure of the organotellurium precursor.
