Abstract
Sexual harassment claims have continued to increase since 1990. Recent US. Supreme Court decisions suggest they will continue prominently in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) caseload. To help counter this tr end, the authors surveyed human resource executives in small, medium, and t arge healthcare organizations. Available guidance and responses from three- fourths of these practitioners suggest seven promising strategies used by p rogressive healthcare organizations to reduce their incidents of sexual har assment by employees and non-employees.
