Abstract
Paraneoplastic pemphigus (PNP) is associated with various forms of underlyi ng neoplasia. We report a patient with PNP associated with an intraabdomina l follicular dendritic cell sarcoma that developed from a Castleman's tumor that had preexisted for 40 years.
