A case of sezary syndrome where the sezary cells showed cytoplasmic hairy p
rojections is reported. The patient had typical exfoliative erythematous de
rmatitis, high white cell count, atypical lymphocytes of T-phenotype with f
olded nuclei and bone marrow involvement. The ultra structure study showed
