Abstract
Unilateral or bilateral suprarenal abscesses are rare in the neonate. We describe 2 cases, an 8-week-old Syrian female with a right, and a 6 -week-old white female infant with a left adrenal abscess, both follow ing adrenal hemorrhage. The etiology and treatment are discussed.
