Abstract
The principles and practice of a many-body Brownian dynamics algorithm of reversible binding to a static three-dimensional receptor array ar e presented. The mixed boundary conditions at the array are compared w ith single-particle direct propagation using a novel operator discreti zation. The many-body aspects are checked against previous one-dimensi onal Brownian simulations. The long-time behavior agrees with expected analytic solutions. (C) 1997 Academic Press.
