Abstract
Pusia chibaensis is described from Japan, where it is known from Honshu, Sh ikoku, Kyushu and the Ryukyu Islands. The species is compared to Pusia hanl eyi, with which it has been confused, and to Pusia inermis and Pusia goubin i.
