Abstract
Cardiac hydatic cysts are rare and represent 0,5 to 2% of all hydatic cysts in humans, but usually associated with fatal complications. We report a case of a male 27 years old with an hydatidic cyst located in l eft ventricle asymptomatic until rupture. It was diagnosed by two-dimension al echocardiogram in a control.
