Abstract
The test method and test result of water seepage constitutive law of fractu re in rock under 3D stress are introduced. A permeability coefficient formu la including the coefficient of fracture connection, normal stiffness, 3D s tress, initial width of fracture and Poisson ratio is presented based on th e analysis of the test theory and its result.
