Abstract
In part I, we reviewed the varied clinical presentations, pathogenesis, his tologic findings, radiologic findings, and treatment of intramedullary cart ilaginous lesions of bone. In this section, we will evaluate our cases and consultations of juxtacortical cartilaginous tumors. Radiographic different ial diagnosis includes the numerous juxtacortical lesions particularly oste ochondroma, parosteal chondroma, Trevor's disease, trauma (fracture and per iostitis ossificans), and the low- and high-grade surface osteosarcomas. By emphasizing pathogenesis in conjunction with radiographic and histologic f indings, pitfalls in diagnosis and subsequent treatment can be avoided in s uch cases.
