Abstract
Complete assignments of the H-1, C-13 and N-15 NMR spectra of caffeine are given using a combination of modern instrumental techniques. A co mbination of proton coupled, decoupled, HETCOR and NH-COLOC spectra ar e employed to provide an unambiguous set of assignments.
