Abstract
Effect of pentadecyl-tetracyanoquinodimethane (C15-TCNQ) on conductivity an d electronic absorption spectra in polyaniline (PANI) films prepared by ads orption at solid-liquid interfaces and by Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) deposition technique were studied. Direct measurements of the d.c. conductivity of th e films prepared showed that the transition into conductive phase in PANI i s strongly retarded in the presence of amphiphilic TCNQ derivative.
