Abstract
Metastasis to the parotid region is rare, and originates primarily from hea d and neck squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma of the skin. Renal clear ce ll adenocarcinoma has considerable metastatic potential and the parotid gla nd is one possible destination. Histopathologic study is important to diffe rentiate this entity from primary clear cell parotid neoplasm.
