Abstract
A new method is presented for the determination of 100-500 mu mol of 6-meth yl-2-thiouracil and 6-benzyl-2-thiouracil which utilises their reaction wit h iodine in an alkaline medium with potentiometric end-point detection. Ela borated methods were applied to the determination of 2-thiouracils in drugs .
