Abstract
A method of decomposing random signals into position-width-pulse components to increase reliability and simplify the process of analyzing and processi ng the initial signal is considered. By means of the frequency properties o f these components it is possible to determine the sampling step by means o f programmers by determining the mean frequency of variation of the corresp onding component of the initial signal.
