A new simulation model is proposed to calculate the electron scattering in
magnetic materials. It takes into account not only the three-dimensional el
ectron trajectory. but also the electron spin transport along the trajector
y. The mechanisms considered in the magnetic materials are the Lorentz forc
e, the spin-orbit interaction. and the secondary electron generation. The b
and structure of the outer-shell electrons in the material is considered in
the cascade process of low-energy secondary electron generation. The calcu
lated energy dependence of the spin-polarization shows a reasonable agreeme
nt with the experimental value.
