Abstract
We present a case of intrahepatic artery pseudoaneurysm that developed afte r blind thoracentesis in a 67-year-old man. This unusual complication demon strates the value of sonographic guidance in reducing the risk of complicat ions of thoracentesis. (C) 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
