Abstract
The spectrometer characteristics of the room-temperature CdZnTe detectors, which were manufactured from the crystals grown by VPG, were determined. Th e energy resolution of the best samples were 6% (FWHM) for E-gamma = 59.6 k eV and 5% (FWHM) for E-gamma = 662 keV. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
