Abstract
Two carbonyl containing polymers, poly(epsilon-caprolactone) (PCL) and poly (phenyl methacrylate) (PPhMA), were found to form a miscible blend in the f ull range of composition as evidenced using results of differential scannin g calorimetry (DSC), optical microscopy, and infrared spectroscopy studies. No lower critical solution temperature (LCST) was found, indicating phase stability within the wide temperature range investigated.
