Abstract
A minisuperspace method is used to define a Wheeler-DeWitt equation. By imp osing coordinate conditions, the space-like coordinate r is chosen as the f oliation parameter. This procedure makes it possible to find "quantum black hole" states. These turn out to be naked singularities, quantum Planck siz e states without a horizon.
