Abstract
We present three cases that illustrate the locally invasive radiographic ap pearance that inflammatory pulmonary pseudotumor can assume. Awareness and inclusion of inflammatory pseudotumor in the differential dia gnosis of aggressive pleuropulmonary and mediastinal processes may have cri tical treatment implications.
