Detailed measurements of the transverse magnetoresistance of disordered Nb1
-xTax thin flms were performed above the transition temperature T-c as a fu
nction of temperature and magnetic field. The temperature dependence of the
observed magnetoresistance is interpreted in terms of weak localization an
d superconducting fluctuations. Besides the weak localization, the Aslamazo
v-Larkin and the Maki-Thompson-Larkin fluctuations processes were included
into the fitting procedure. Values of Larkin electron-electron interaction
strength parameter beta(L)(T) and the total phase-breaking rate tau(phi)(-1
) were obtained from the magnetoresistance fits.
