Abstract
It is shown that searches for e(+)e(-) --> t (q) over bar ((q) over bar = ( c) over bar, (u) over bar) events at the LEP-2 collider will make it possib le to strengthen significantly the existing constraints on the coupling con stants for anomalous t-quark interaction via flavor-changing neutral curren ts.
