Advances in photoionisation techniques

Recent developments in the techniques for producing atomic and molecular io ns, in some cases in selected rovibronic states, are reviewed. The main emp hasis is placed on threshold photoelectron, and in particular zero kinetic energy (ZEKE) photoelectron, techniques. The aim is to make this informatio n accessible to those whose main interests lie in the study of the kinetics of gas phase ion-molecule reactions.
