Abstract
The synthesis and properties of oligomeric salts of 1,7-bis(carboxyalkylcar bamoyl)-m-carboranes and divalent metals are described. It is shown that an increase in the length of,aliphatic fragments in these oligomeric salts ca uses a reduction in their thermal stability. On the contrary, the solubilit y and the reducing power of the salts are both improved.
