In molecules of the title compound, C23H18N2, two indole systems and one ph enyl ring are connected through a common C atom. The two indole substituent s are mutually orthogonal. We have identified two N-H...pi(indole) intermol ecular interactions involving different indoles: the H...Cg distances are 2 .35 and 2.60 Angstrom (Cg = centroid of six-membered ring of the relevant i ndole).
