Abstract
We report an unusual adult case of aneurysm associated with the ductus arte riosus. A 67-year-old female, who suffered recurrent nerve palsy, was diagn osed as having an aneurysm of the ductus arteriosus. The aneurysm, located in the medial aspect of the aortic ischimus and projected toward the pulmon ary artery, was successfully repaired using a Dacron patch. A pathologic re view of the aneurysm revealed the degeneration of the aortic media.
