Abstract
Fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry that can directly analyze lysophosp holipids was used to quantitatively determine the kinetics of phospholipase Az. This method is 1250 times more sensitive than the colorimetric assay, (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
