Abstract
A difunctional Ru(II) complex has been prepared which can be incorporated i nto synthetic oligonucleotides by means of standard solid-phase methodology and the properties of several oligonucleotide conjugates capable of formin g Ru(II)-bridged hairpins have been investigated.
