Abstract
The fourth case of heterologous mesodermal tumour of the uterine corpus, th at developed 7 years following tamoxifen therapy for breast cancer in a pos tmenopausal woman with no previous pelvic irradiation, is presented with co incidental endometriosis and endometrial intraepithelial carcinoma. This co incidence after tamoxifen treatment appears to be an indication for the pos sible carcinogenic potency of tamoxifen. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
