Abstract
Secretory breast carcinoma is a very rare condition in boys. An 11-year-old boy with secretory breast carcinoma is presented here. Modified radical ma stectomy was performed by irradiation and chemotherapy because of axillary metastasis. There was no local recurrence or distant metastases in the foll ow-up period of 14 months.
