Abstract
(S-S)-3-(p-Tolylsulfinyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine was grafted on polymer matrix at N-1 position by the reaction between (S-S)-1-lithio-3-(p-tolylsulfinyl) -1,4-dihydropyridine and Merrifield type resin. Asymmetric reduction with t he polymer-supported 1,4-dihydropyridine was also studied.
