Abstract
Molecular recognition of pimelate, hydrogen pimelate, and pimelic acid has been achieved in different and contiguous pH ranges via supramolecular and/ or coordinative interactions with a macrocyclic ditopic polyazacyclophane a nd its mono- and dinuclear Cu-II complexes.
