Abstract
The epiphytic lichen vegetation of a heavily grazed Mediterranean mixed eve rgreen sclerophyllous and deciduous shrubland was studied. Differences in t he epiphytic lichen vegetation seem to be largely determined by changes in the architecture of the bushes as well as by the differences in the space b etween them. In some cases, despite grazing pressure, the epiphytic lichen vegetation does not change dramatically.
