Abstract
We report a case of cervical epidural hematoma associated with anticoa gulant therapy in a 68 year-old man, who presented with tetraplegia. H e was operated 12 hours after the onset. Three months later, he had re covered almost completely. The etiologies and prognosis of such lesion s are reviewed.
