Abstract
We investigate the modification of quantum noise in the phase quadratures o f the resonance fluorescence of an atom dressed by an intense laser field a nd coupled to a frequency-tunable cavity mode with finite bandwidth. The in -phase quadrature of the atomic fluorescence emitted from the side of the c avity exhibits two-mode squeezing at the Rabi sideband frequencies. The squ eezing may be greatly enhanced (or inhibited) by appropriately tuning the c avity resonant frequency. [S1050-2947(99)03502-7].
