Abstract
Merkel'ss cell carcinoma is an uncommon neuroendocrine cutaneous neoplasm. An unusual mode of dissemination of this tumor is the phenomenon of in-tran sit metastases. We report complete resolution of in-transit metastases from a Merkel's cell carcinoma in response to treatment with isolated hyperther mic limb perfusion with melphalan, Limb perfusion appears to be a promising modality for such lesions.
